Flex Project: Interview

Through this interview, I was able to relate what I had learned in class to the experiences the individual I interviewed had. I could see that, in addition to linguistic barriers, cultural barriers lead to a variety of miscommunications and Many of these immigrants have less education than those who were born in the United States. People frequently turn angry toward them when they take occupations they can't completely do, highlighting their cultural differences and making their lives miserable for them. Immigration-related social difficulties also include issues with poverty, housing, job, and leaving behind extended family, who serves as their support network. They experience a great deal of stress since they have no one to turn to and because they don't grasp the language and culture. When you do research, you will find that migration is splitting countries. Many countries are growing less concerned about immigration as a result of their own populations' limited access to resources and work opportunities. The majority of people only see migration favorably when highly skilled immigrants cross their borders. Actually, those with high levels of competence can find work everywhere, but the others; the people with lower qualifications arrive in the land of milk and honey only to discover that no one wants to hire them, putting them back where they began.
